The 2018 Large Facilities workshop took place at the new National Science Foundation Headquarters in historic Alexandria, VA. The Large Facilities Workshop is a collaborative forum for NSF’s Large Facilities community intended to provide participants with continuous learning and information sharing opportunities. Attendees were able to:

• Share knowledge, experience and best practices with the Large Facilities community.
• Discuss new initiatives.
• Demonstrate project management, operations, and business-related tools and techniques.
• Connect and network with colleagues from large complex scientific facilities.
